black interior door

I'm 99% positive I'm going to paint the interior of my front door black. I thought I wanted a color, maybe chartreuse or navy but decided it might take away from what else is going on (or what else will be going on when I get drapes and a bench)

The navy lacquered mirror is across from the front door and I'm thinking having another lacquer color other then black might be too much... and you know I love a black door.

The only other thought I had was a dark smoke grey. More unexpected...
